Take a bite out of high society!

Two great cookbooks heat up for a great cause: Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

I have both journals, Park Avenue Potluck and Park Avenue Celebrations. My favorite recipe from Park Avenue Potluck is the 'Bruschetta with Pears and Blue Cheese'- tested and truly yummy. I also liked the 'Pond Water'- probably created waterside on a beautiful, rolling country estate in Greenwich...but none the less, next to a pond.

In the first front pages of the cookbook, is The Guide for Entertaining which is funny but offers some good tips and sweet quotes,
